Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy

NJ Parent Helpers provides non-medical, in-home assistance services, as well as referral-based caregiver placement.

Payment is required for all services rendered.

For in-home support services, all payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.

If a client chooses to hire or directly engage an in-home assistant introduced by NJ Parent Helpers, that individual is no longer an employee or representative of NJ Parent Helpers. From that point forward, NJ Parent Helpers is not responsible for the caregiver’s actions, performance, or any ongoing employment arrangement.

While we make every effort to match clients with suitable caregivers, NJ Parent Helpers does not guarantee employment outcomes or long-term placement success.
